ME(1009) Etched Mirror Stainless Steel
▉ Acid etching is a specific type of chemical etching that utilizes acid solutions, such as hydrochloric acid or nitric acid, to selectively remove material from the mirror stainless steel surface. The acid reacts with the metal, dissolving it and creating the desired pattern or texture. But this process does not affect the performance of stainless steel.
▉ At Topson, its gold color coating can be done through PVD plating before etching or after etching. PVD color coating as the final procedure is always suggested to facilitate future maintenance because PVD coating can protect the etched surface from scratch and oxidization.
▉ Etched mirror stainless steel sheet is used a lot on elevator cabins, door decoration, hotel lobby decoration, kitchen cabinets, and bathroom cabinet decoration. Other complex etching patterns can be consulted by our sales.
