The available patterns include raindrops, millet, leaves, linen, starlight, stone, grid, and free pattern. Our processing methods include embossing, hammering, and stamping.
Embossing VS Stamping
Stamping refers to the impact or hammering of the stainless steel surface by the machine to form the corresponding pattern. The surface is more stretched and three-dimensional. The punch plate usually presents a convex side and a concave side, which is caused by punching.
Embossing is the process of rolling uneven textures onto the surface of a metal plate by mechanical pressure. The stainless steel plate is usually pressed with a mold with a specific pattern (male and female embossed roller) to create a three-dimensional effect on its surface. The surface has obvious concave and convex texture, and the pattern or pattern is three-dimensional and has a sense of touch. However, the back of the embossing plate remains flat, with only slight indentation.
