Stainless steel checkered plate process requirements

The production and processing of stainless steel checker plate should meet the following requirements:

1 Basic thickness: 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0, 5.5, 6.0, 7.0, 8.0mm. Width: 600~1800 mm, graded by 50 mm. Length: 2000~12000 mm, graded by 100 mm. Upon agreement between the supplier and the buyer, patterned steel plates or coiled patterned steel strips of sizes other than those specified in this standard can be supplied.

2 The allowable deviation of the length and width of the checkered steel plate shall comply with the provisions of GB709. The patterned steel plate produced by the continuous rolling mill may not have longitudinal edges cut.

3 The size, shape and distribution of the pattern are as follows: the diamond pattern steel plate is shown in Figure 1; the lentil-shaped pattern is shown in Figure 2; the round bean-shaped pattern steel plate is shown in Figure 3. Upon agreement between the supplier and the buyer, other shapes of patterned steel plates can also be supplied.

4 The basic thickness, allowable deviation and theoretical weight of the checkered steel plate shall comply with the provisions in Table 1.

5 The height of the checkered steel plate shall not be less than 0.2 times the thickness of the base plate.

6 The unevenness of the checker plate shall comply with the provisions of GB709.

7 The checkered steel plate is delivered according to the actual weight or theoretical weight.

8 The grades of steel for patterned steel plates shall be supplied according to the provisions of the grades listed in GB 700, GB 712 and GB4171. After the agreement between the supplier and the buyer, other grades of patterned steel plate can be produced.
