Two processing methods of color stainless steel plate

The surface decoration effect of the color stainless steel plate is generally processed in two ways in the custom processing factory.

1. Imprinting on the surface of the stainless steel plate by physical imprinting, also called imprinting. Embossed stainless steel is a stainless steel plate with small diamonds, cubes, squares, panda patterns that we see on the surface. After stamping onto the board, the pattern of the stainless steel plate can be seen. Stainless steel embossing has a good feel on the front, but not on the back, just leaving traces on the front.

2. Etch the surface of the stainless steel plate by chemical etching. Etching is the effect of unevenness, or some words and patterns appear on the surface of stainless steel by chemical agents. Generally, pretreatment is carried out after the etching plate. In the color stainless steel plate custom processing factory, the color can be done first and then the etching can be done, or the etching can be done first and then the color. Sometimes the effect of etching may be similar to that of embossing, but there are actually more etched patterns, the depth of etching is deeper than that of embossing, and there is no pattern trace on the back of the printing plate.
