It can be seen that the first task of our inspection is to verify whether the material of the plate is consistent with the specified one. The real material and the calendered material are mainly distinguished by the quality of the board surface. The surface of the positive board is smooth and flat, the color is uniform, the brightness is high, and the thickness of the whole board is the same, while the surface of the calendered board is dark, the color is uneven, often black or striped, the reverse side has roller embossing, many blisters, peeling water marks If there are other defects, the thickness difference of the board surface can reach 2 to 3 C.
