From the production process, it is difficult to avoid rubber particles in the film, but the rubber particles have a great influence on the subsequent stamping and stretching of the elevator decorative board, so it is necessary to make requirements on the size and quantity of the rubber particles. Customers can make standards according to their own quality requirements. Likewise, inclusions, air bubbles and wrinkles in the film can affect product quality. If the customer's requirements are very high, imported film can be selected. Regular film imported from France and Germany is of good quality.

Of course, a poor lamination process can also cause the film to blister or wrinkle. These quality problems are related to the operation level and staff of the laminating machine. Machining centers should avoid similar situations.

As a reminder, film also has a shelf life. The elevator decorative board with adhesive film should be used as soon as possible, and the adhesive film should be torn off in a short time. Elevator decorative panels pasted with adhesive films should also be avoided as much as possible from exposure to the sun or placed in a high temperature environment. The above measures are to avoid degumming. Once there is debonding, the film will be difficult to peel off and there will be residual glue left on the board. If there is glue residue, it can be scrubbed with organic solvents, but scrubbing is very difficult and will leave marks on the board that are difficult to remove.
