1. Look at the material first

Due to the large price difference, many merchants use shoddy materials and use calendered materials as ordinary materials, and 201 as 304. Therefore, when we inspect the goods, the first thing we do is to verify whether the material of the sheet meets your requirements.

201 and 304 can be distinguished by detecting the chemical liquid, while ordinary wood and calendered materials are mainly distinguished by observing the quality of the board surface. The surface of ordinary wooden boards is smooth and flat, with uniform color, high brightness, and uniform thickness of the whole board, while the surface of the calendered material board is dark, the color is uneven, there are black or stripes, and the back has defects such as roller lines, multiple blisters, peeling water marks, etc. The difference in surface thickness can reach 2 to 3 wires.

3. Then tear off the film

The color stainless steel plate is pasted with a protective film before leaving the factory.

Many slow-moving boards have been stored in warehouses for a long time. The protective film is powdery and difficult to tear. Or after tearing, there is a lot of glue on the surface of the board.

Even with transparencies, you have to tear a large piece to see the quality of the film. If you need to cut and bend later, cut the protective film above 6C first to avoid scratching the board surface.

After the color stainless steel plate is installed, the film should be removed and glued as soon as possible. Especially for outdoor decoration, due to direct sunlight, tear off the protective film immediately after construction.
